Housing Options & Rates
Students who complete an agreement with UTulsa for housing and/or dining services agree to remain in residence and participate in the meal plan for the entire period licensed. All rates are based on dates stipulated in the agreement. Those approved to arrive earlier than or stay after published dates will be charged prorated rates on a daily basis.
Please carefully review the first- and second-year housing and dining requirement and the housing schedules and details.

Campus Apartment
- Unfurnished one-bedroom: $4,175/ person
- Unfurnished two-bedroom (two occupant/second room storage): $3,100/person
- Unfurnished two or three-bedroom (one occupant): $4,386/person*
Residence Hall
- Fisher West – Single occupancy option only. $260 per person, per week (five-week minimum)
Apartment Summer Storage Rates
- $310 per resident for the entire summer.
- Available to residents who retained the same apartment or moving in with residents who retained their apartment.
