Physics is the most fundamental of the sciences and by choosing to study this exciting and challenging field, you have the potential to have an enormous impact on our society.

TU programs are designed to combine theoretical knowledge in fields such as quantum mechanics and condensed matter physics and practical experience in fields such as nanotechnology, optics, lasers, or solid-state physics. You will join a collaborative environment led by our faculty and embark on a broad spectrum of research projects in fields such as string theory, particle physics, quantum mechanics, nanotechnology, optics, and astrophysics.
