Class Schedule

Classes are free to students. Bring your UTulsa ID and arrive early before your first class to sign a waiver.

Monday
12:15-1 p.m. Yoga with Shannon
4-5 p.m. Refresh and Recovery with Cade
Tuesday
12:15-1 p.m. Gentle Yoga with Leta
5-6 p.m. Toned Tuesday with Cade
Wednesday
12:15-1 p.m. Yoga with Shannon
5:15-6 p.m. Gentle Yoga with Jamie
Thursday
