Class Schedule

Classes are free to students, bring your TUID and arrive early before your first class to sign a waiver.

12:15 p.m. – Yoga with Shannon
6 p.m. – Rhythm cycle with Adora
7 p.m. – Awesome Abs with Cade

12:15 p.m. – Yoga with Leta

12:15 p.m. – Yoga with Shannon

  • F45 online workout

    The University of Tulsa is excited to announce our partnership with F45 Training. F45 Training is the HIIT, circuit-based training system that is 100% free for all students, faculty and staff that use their email address to register. Registering will give access to on-demand workouts, meal plans, personalized calorie guides, results trackers and more!

    Simply go to to register or download F45 Challenge App to your device. This is a great option for both students and staff working remotely and those on campus that may have concerns in coming to the Collins Fitness Center in person.
