Executive Vice President & Provost
Jennifer L. Airey, Ph.D., supports student success across campus by facilitating innovation in academic policy, curriculum and organization. She also supports faculty through promoting professional learning and providing guidance on policies and processes that impact their work. Airey is a professor of English in the Kendall College of Arts & Sciences, as well as serving as the editor of Tulsa Studies in Women’s Literature and co-director of The University of Tulsa Institute of Trauma, Adversity and Injustice.

Provost Focus
Ensuring that the academic mission of the university is accomplished, the provost works closely with academic deans, vice presidents, department heads, faculty and staff to provide the highest quality educational programs.
