Meet the Dietitian
Do you have any questions about nutrition or food? Diane Robison, MS, RDN, CSSD is a registered and licensed dietitian available to TU students.
Diane Robison is happy to address student concerns such as learning to maintain a healthy lifestyle while away at school, vegetarian nutrition, fitness and special dietary needs.
Eating well means being aware of your on-campus dining options. Your dining team is committed to offering you a range of healthy choices, many of which are obtained locally. Offering recipes that include a nutritious mix of ingredients and educational resources for a positive lifestyle are the result of a team dedicated to the well being of the campus community. Mobile ordering will make this a lot easier for the student as they can customize meals faster and ahead of time through the app. All ingredients will be listed on the grab-and-go items as well in the app. If there are severe allergies you are concerned about for your student or other dietary concerns, please go through Student Access and Dining will work with them to set-up an effective meal strategy. We have done this numerous times before and as a small school, we are able to achieve this easily and with compassion for their needs. Contact Student Access: studentaccess@utulsa.edu or 918-631-2315.
Look for these nutrition icons on the foods being served to help you meet your dietary needs or desires. If you need assistance finding the right types of foods for you, please reach out to your on-campus Sodexo manager or chef.
