Counseling & Psychological Services

Welcome to CAPS

At Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), our licensed clinicians provide compassionate and professional care. Using a broad range of treatment modalities, we offer our students confidential mental health support tailored to meet their unique needs.

In addition to individual counseling, our clinicians provide a wide variety of psychoeducational support to students, faculty and staff. This includes Mental Health First Aid Training and other mental health consultation services designed to promote wellness across our community.

We are here to support your mental well-being and help you thrive both academically and personally. Your health and privacy are priorities. Welcome to a safe, supportive space where you can find the resources and care you deserve.

We’re here to help!

CaneCares

Students at UTulsa take care of themselves and take care of one another. CaneCares is a simple online tool for you to communicate any concerns or observations you may want to share about a friend, a neighbor, or your community. The reports on CaneCares are read by UTulsa staff members trained to assist in many ways and can be filled out anonymously. CaneCares provides a convenient way for you to step in and make sure a fellow student gets the help that they may need.

Please note that CaneCares reports are not intended for emergency situations. If you or someone you know needs immediate assistance in real-time, call 911 or contact Campus Security at 918-631-5555.
