At a daily campus visit, you’ll attend an admission presentation with a TU admission counselor, take a walking tour of campus with a University Ambassador, and meet one-on-one with a faculty member. Visits are offered Monday-Friday, (as well as Saturdays from Labor Day through May 1) to all prospective high school and transfer students.
Please note that visiting campus when students are not in class (Saturdays, breaks, holidays, etc.) may result in not seeing TU’s normal bustling community. However, if you are on campus during these times, we encourage you to follow up your visit by watching The College Tour to see what campus is like when classes are in session.
Preview TU is a visit program for high school juniors. It provides a broad overview of the opportunities UTulsa offers students and a glimpse into life as a member of the Golden Hurricane family. Students can pick which sessions they attend based on their interests and academic goals.
Tulsa Time is a two-day visit program (Sunday and Monday) for high school seniors. The event provides a broad overview of the opportunities TU offers students and a glimpse into life as a member of the Golden Hurricane family.
UTulsa Tours and Tailgates is a visit program which gives high school students and transfer students an opportunity to tour campus and to join the admission team at a tailgate party (dinner provided) before a Golden Hurricane football game. Each student is allowed three complimentary tickets to the game.
True Blue Focus Days are designed for visiting students to learn about a specific major or academic program. Students will not only receive an overall campus tour, but will also visit with faculty and tour facilities within a certain academic area.

UTulsa invites chaperoned groups of 10 to 40 high school students to campus for an Official Group Visit. Bring your group for engaging University Ambassador guided tours and Admission Counselor-led information sessions. Find more details and register below.
Groups affiliated with a specific high school may request additional programming through the high school’s assigned admission counselor.
If your group is larger than 40 students, not made up of high school students, or if the date you plan to come is not available, please email visit@utulsa.edu.
UTulsa offers virtual webinars and info sessions for students and parents throughout the year. Topics including financial aid, housing applications, Greek Life, and more are hosted by UTulsa faculty and staff with the intent to explain in detail information needed by families.
