Apartment Life

Welcome Home!

Living in campus apartments provides an opportunity for independent living within a community of peers and friends, while still enjoying the support and convenience of being on campus. Beyond mere convenience and location, living on campus allows you to fully embrace the college experience – a unique opportunity that extends beyond graduation.

The UTulsa apartment community comprises five villages on campus and one located walkable distance off campus.

  • Prepping for Move-In

    Check-in Process:
The apartment checkin process is so easy. Please follow the information provided in your check-in notice. Be sure to know your move-in date that is provided in your My Housing Status page in the Housing and Dining Portal. The simple steps to checking in include:

    1. Arriving on the day you are assigned to check in after 9 a.m.
    2. If you are the first person to check into the apartment, please provide the electric account information (service address and account number). See instructions below.
    3. Receive your key.
    4. Look for an email with your apartment condition form and document the condition of your new apartment.

Instructions for setting up an electric account:

Important: Check-In process information is required to receive your apartment keys, so not completing the process before you arrive will delay your check-in until it can be completed.

    Create your Electric Account:

University Apartment residents maintain an electric account number for the entire occupancy period they are assigned to an apartment, both during living and storage periods. Please contact AEP/PSO to establish an electric account. If you have a roommate, only one of you will need to set up this account. If your roommate has the account in their name and they move out, you must establish an active account upon his/her departure. To set up an account, please contact AEP/PSO (Public Service Company of Oklahoma) or 888-216-3523.

    Move-in Day

On your scheduled move-in day go to the Apartment Community House the corner of 3rd and Delaware Ave. Bring your student ID card. Please make sure you have completed your pre-check-in process and set up your electric account.
