Director
Chief Ososkie has over 25 years of experience in security and risk management. He has been a regional and security manager in the financial, entertainment, and petroleum industries. Steve has a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certificate from the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), and he has served honorably in the United States Marine Corps as a Marine Rifleman and Scout Sniper. He has a bachelor’s degree in multidisciplinary studies from Oklahoma State University and a master’s in strategic security and protection management from National American University. Steve is currently pursuing his doctorate in strategic security.
Captain Tyler Mackie
Assistant Director/Captain - Patrol Division
Tyler Mackie has 12 years of experience as a first responder. Before joining UTulsa, Tyler was a Lieutenant in the Department of Corrections and a Deputy Sheriff at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office in Montgomery County, Kansas. Tyler has served for eight years with TU’s Campus Security. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Washburn University. He has been certified in Advanced REID – Interviewing and Interrogation. Tyler has a passion for sports and art.
Captain Lynn Williams
Captain - Gilcrease Division
Lynn Williams began her security career at Gilcrease Museum in January 1998 as a security officer. She has been with UTulsa since June 2009, stepping into her current role as Captain at January 2020. Lynn and her team ensure the safety of the visitors, staff, and the collection at Gilcrease Museum and the Helmerich Center for American Research. Lynn has a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Conservation from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Her hobbies include fishing, hiking, and bowling.
Lt. Stephen Lambert
Training Patrol Lieutenant
Stephen Lambert has over 15 years of experience in security management including the areas of retail, transportation, and university security. He is currently the training officer for the Campus Safety and Security Department and is also a range master, armorer, and firearms instructor. Stephen has served honorably in the United States Marine Corps for 12 years and the Oklahoma National Guard for 8 years. He is the longest serving patrol officer at The University of Tulsa with over 12 years of experience.
Lt. Coleton Erickson
Lieutenant
Coleton Erickson has over 6 years of security service. He has been a Firefighter for 7 years and has obtained his Firefighter certification through Oklahoma State University Fire Service Training. Coleton is certified as an Oklahoma Armed Private Investigator and has been employed by the University of Tulsa for 3 years. He has served honorably for 7 years as an Infantryman in the Oklahoma Army National Guard. Coleton is an Instructor for UTulsa Security, teaching CPR First-Aid/AED and Defensive Tactics. He also serves as a Reserve Police Officer for the City of Hominy.
Lt. Paul Devers

Paul Devers has seven years of experience in security and law enforcement. He served as a reserve police officer for the Pryor Police Department for two years and as a full-time police officer for the Chouteau Police Department for two years. He has been a security officer at UTulsa for three years. Paul is Campus Security’s firearms instructor as well as Glock armorer. He has a bachelor’s in multidisciplinary studies from Rogers State University.
Lt. Keri Morton
Patrol Lieutenant
Keri Morton has been with the TU Campus Safety and Security Department since 2019. Before her time at TU, Keri had an extensive career in emergency medical services and response. Keri’s duties began at TU as a Communications Center dispatcher, where she became a patrol officer soon after. Keri was promoted to Lieutenant in 2023 and is also a department simulator, medical services, and mental health training instructor. She is also a reserve law enforcement officer for the Kellyville Police Department. Keri also enjoys sports and exercise.
Dru McClellan
Administrative Assistant
Dru McClellan is the switchboard operator for the university and provides administrative and department assistance within the TU Security Department. Dru has worked for the university since 2016 and her family has been part of the TU family since 1982. Reign Cain!
