Collins Career Accelerator Program

Unlock your full potential as a standout business professional.

At the Collins College of Business, we’re dedicated to preparing our students to not only succeed in their chosen fields but to stand out as exceptional leaders in the professional world. That’s why we created the Collins Career Accelerator Program (CCAP) – a three-year professional development journey designed to transform classroom learning into career-ready expertise.

CCAP is aimed at preparing business undergraduate students to be knowledgeable, confident, and experienced in exhibiting their personal and soft skills within a professional environment. In conjunction with already-existing school curriculum, this program will help business graduates stand out amongst their future competition, ultimately putting a UTulsa business degree in the upper echelon of achievement and attraction.

Students learn interpersonal skills, career finding skills, and technical skills while focusing on:

  • Emotional intelligence and self-awareness
  • Personal branding
  • Presentation skills
  • Networking and relationship building
  • Interview prep and resume building
  • Critical thinking, innovation and creativity

It’s one of the most practical, high-impact programs to bridge the gap between college and career. It forces you to grow in the best ways and gives you access to people who want to see you succeed.
