1215 Boulder

Oxley College of Health & Natural Sciences is partially housed at 1215 S. Boulder Avenue in downtown Tulsa. The building was constructed in 1954 for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma and was later expanded in 1969. Kinslow, Keith and Todd redesigned the building for The University of Tulsa in the summer of 2015. Floors 1-5 underwent a complete remodel by Flintco in the fall of 2015, totally 52,000 square feet of renovated space. The remodeled facilities allows expansion of UTulsa’s health sciences programs from 310 to more than 600 students.
