Our alumni continue to serve as the best example of the value of the exceptional educational experience provided at University School. We could not be prouder of the things they go on to achieve. In speaking with our alumni, you will hear several recurring themes, foremost among them that the foundations of their academic excellence were laid here on our campus. While in high school, they routinely report back that they feel well ahead of their peers in all academic areas and are grateful for the level of challenge and support they received at University School.

National Merit Scholarship Honors

Over the last decade-and-a-half, an average of twenty-five percent of our graduates have been awarded National Merit Scholarship Corporation recognition.

As recently as 2022, half of the university School graduating class of 2018 earned 2021-22 National Merit Semifinalists recognition. One-third of this same class was recognized as 2021-22 National Merit Finalists.

High School Choices

University School graduates are highly sought after for admission in public magnet high schools and independent schools in Oklahoma and beyond. Our students regularly enter high school with several high school course credits and easily secure placement in Honors and Advanced Placement classes.

College and University Choice

University School graduates go on to attend some of the top colleges and universities in the nation.
