Job Placement Guarantee
The University of Tulsa guarantees that within six months of graduation, you WILL receive a job offer or be accepted into graduate school!
As part of The University of Tulsa’s commitment to excellence, the Job Placement Guarantee (JPG) program has expanded to now include ALL University of Tulsa undergraduate students. Whereas this program previously required students to sign a contract and complete additional online career development courses, the program no longer requires an opt-in or the completion of additional assignments through CaneCareers.
Students seeking the guarantee after graduation must meet the previous requirements including:
- Completed their undergraduate degree at The University of Tulsa (if a full-time transfer student, at least four semesters completed at UTulsa)
- Have a 3.0 overall GPA by the time of graduation

Demonstrated active job seeking/school applications within the last six months of the guarantee term

Eligible for employment in the United States
- Have not received a job or graduate school offer within six months of graduation
Undergraduate students who meet these requirements, including those already enrolled in the program through CaneCareers, do not need to complete any further assignments to remain eligible for the guarantee.
