Notaries on Campus
Many states (including Oklahoma) require absentee ballots to be notarized before mailing. Several notaries are located across campus to help you:

Voting FAQs
If you are from Oklahoma and register with your home address, but will not be able to return to your hometown polling location on election day, you must request an absentee ballot from the Oklahoma State Election Board Voter Portal to be able to vote. After requesting your absentee ballot you may also use the Voter Portal to track when your ballot is mailed to you, and when it’s received and counted after you have returned it.
If you are from Oklahoma and register with your TU address, you will vote at your campus polling location if you are voting in person on Election Day. Your poll location will be indicated on the Voter ID card mailed to you after registering.
If you are from another state and would like to register as an Oklahoma voter, you may register with your TU address and vote at your campus polling location if you are voting in person on Election Day. Your poll location will be indicated on the Voter ID card mailed to you after registering.
If you are from another state and would like to register in your home state with your hometown address you should check with that state’s Election Board website for instructions on how to register and request your absentee ballot to be mailed to your TU address.
If you are already registered (either in Oklahoma or another state) and want to change your address to vote at a campus poll location, you may update your address on the Oklahoma Voter Registration form, or Oklahoma voters may do this online at the Oklahoma Voter Portal.
All Oklahoma voters registered in Tulsa County have three options for voting in the November 3rd General Election:
In-person at your polling location on Election Day.
Early voting at the Tulsa County Election Board (555 N. Denver Ave) the Thursday (8am-6pm), Friday (8am-6pm), and Saturday (9am-2pm) prior to Election Day.
Vote absentee by requesting your ballot on the Oklahoma Voter Portal.
