Campus Hazing Transparency Report

The Stop Campus Hazing Act (SCHA) is federal legislation signed into law in December 2024. The federal law enhances transparency and accountability in higher education institutions by expanding the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act. The act requires universities to publicly report hazing incidents in the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report and incidents with a finding of a hazing violation in a separate Campus Hazing Transparency Report.

The University of Tulsa is committed to promoting an environment in which all members of our community may participate in experiences and activities without compromising their health, safety, and/or rights. In furtherance of this commitment, and in accordance with state law and the federal Stop Campus Hazing Act, the University strictly prohibits all hazing activity by any group.
