I am incredibly passionate about community engagement and the collective impact we have as Oxley College of Health & Natural Sciences. I am inspired by the meaningful work we do and the profound effect we are having on our campus and our city.

Whether it’s the SCRUBS Mobile Health Unit that began at local bus stops and now serves weekly at the John 3:16 shelter, the multidisciplinary concussion clinic, the hearing screenings we provide to thousands of local students or welcoming the community to our Mary K. Chapman speech and hearing clinic, promising medical research, the Tulsa Undergraduate Research Challenge, the Laureate Institute for Brain Research, the STRETCHED (STudents Reaching Excellence Through Collaboration with Higher EDucation) program, partnering with the Youth Medical Mentorship program or the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship to name a few— together we are making a powerful difference.

I am proud to serve in Oxley College and to witness the tremendous impact made possible through the relentless and unwavering commitment of our expert faculty and engaged students. We are strong in both health and natural sciences, and we are truly stronger together. The future is bright for our college and for our community.

Sincerely,
